The operational plan to deliver on this strategy, which includes targeted capital reinvestment, is already in progress. The first stage encompasses the realignment of our infrastructure to service core markets, optimisingfleet availability within our network and reinvestment in key strategic assets and customers.

It’s an exciting future. We’ve made long term strategic investments in new, purpose built facilities in Brisbane, Townsville and Launceston. Our safety and maintenance program is enhanced even further with more dedicated staff, training programs and documentation to continue the success of our zero harm policy with all of our clients. Plus, we’ve just placed orders for 18 new travel towers that will roll into the fleet in the first half of 2012.
